How does the Price Match Guarantee work?

We match retail competitors (including their online prices) and these qualifying online retailers: Amazon.com and Ebay. Give us a call or send us a link and we will match the price. It must be an in stock, new item to qualify. Shipping may not be included. If we can't match it for some reason we will give you a $25 store credit to spend on what you want.

Transit times vary from our warehouses. Most orders ship from our Michigan or Ohio warehouses. We also ship factory direct from Florida, Georgia, Texas, Missouri, Tennessee, Illinois, Wisconsin, Virginia, North Carolina and other locations. Each product listing is noted with the shipping location(s).

How do I cancel my order?

Contact us immediately at 757-826-1073  as soon as possible as we process orders through our system very quickly. Please do not notify us of a change or cancellation via e Mail as orders get processed very quickly and could be shipped before we receive your e Mail message. How do I get free shipping?

Simply place an order for $99 or more, and Race Supply Warehouse will cover the shipping and handling charges. We will ship your order via ground delivery anywhere in the continental USA for FREE!
*Some exclusions apply: Shipping charges are waived on orders over $99 in the continental United States. Alaska and Hawaii are not included. A qualifying order total of $99 is required and is based on product subtotal. Taxes and oversize/overweight or truck freight item shipping charges are not included in the qualifying order cost. The customer is responsible for oversize/overweight and truck freight shipping charges that are clearly indicated on each product. Expedited shipping charges, hazardous materials fees are also excluded. Free Shipping offer is subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges.

NOTE: The return/refund of any item purchased with Free Shipping Promotions or Flat Rate Shipping Promotions will effectively void the shipping promotion and will be subject to a restock fee of up to equal value of the original order shipping cost. This cost will be deducted from the credit issued for this return.


How much is my shipping?

Race Supply Warehouse provides a handy Shipping Calculator located on the checkout page. Simply enter your Zip Code in the designated area and your shipping charges will automatically be calculated for each shipping method offered for the products in your shopping cart. Please note the Shipping Calculator is only a shipping estimate provided by UPS based only on the Zip Code entered. Actual shipping charges may vary based on the exact address entered on the order. For instance, UPS Delivery Area Surcharge applies to each package delivered to certain ZIP Codes within the 48 contiguous states and is calculated into the final shipping cost on applicable orders.

UPS Shipping Charges are calculated based on UPS Ground based on product weight, dimensional size and the destination of the shipment. We have taken every possible step to calculate these shipping charges accurately with information provided from our suppliers to bring you the convenience of knowing your shipping charges when placing your order.

Dimensional weight calculations are used to figure the cost of shipping many UPS Ground packages and all UPS Next Day or UPS 2nd Day Air packages. For example: A package weighing 10 lbs could cost you a 30 lb rate because of its dimensions. Shipping amounts for UPS oversize items will be calculated using this method calculated (Length + 2 x Width + 2 x Height).

When will my order ship?

We offer same day shipping that is typically available on in-stock items for orders received before 3:00 PM EST (12:00 Noon Pacific Time) Monday through Friday. No orders are shipped on Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays.

What are my payment choices?

We accept VISA, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards. We also accept PayPal and E Check payments. Your credit card will be authorized upon processing your order, and will be billed prior to shipment. Please make sure that you enter the same exact billing address and telephone number that your credit card company has on record for your account to avoid delays in processing your order. All prices are in U.S. Dollars. We do not accept money orders and cashier's checks for product unless approved in advance by our Customer Service department. When will my credit card be charged?

We capture credit card transactions at the end of each business day. If there are any products ordered that are not available, we will notify you via email and issue a credit the next business day. Occasionally, additional shipping and handling fees may apply to multiple packages and / or shipments, special orders, large (UPS Oversize) or heavy items. A few of our products are too large to ship UPS and have to be shipped via a motor freight carrier. These products are clearly designated with "MUST SHIP BY TRUCK" throughout our web store.

If additional shipping charges or motor freight charges are incurred, you will receive a separate invoice via e-mail once your order has shipped for actual additional shipping charges or motor freight charges. We never mark up these additional shipping charges, you will only pay the exact additional amount we pay to the shipper! Most shipping charges are billed within five business days of shipment, but occasionally charges may take up to two weeks to appear on your credit card statement. By submitting a purchase order you have authorized Race Supply Warehouse to bill your credit card for any additional shipping charges.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

You will not be charged sales tax on your order unless you live in the state of Virginia. We charge all applicable sales tax on orders delivered to addresses within Virginia. Any sales taxes due for orders shipped to any other state shall be the sole responsibility of the customer.
